One fixed price per project, published here
No hourly billing, no scope that quietly grows, no quote that arrives a week after the meeting. You see the price before you contact me.

Hosting and the domain are not included. You buy those in your own name — usually two to six dollars a month — so you own them outright and are never locked in. Ongoing maintenance we agree separately, only if you want it.
Prices are quoted in dollars for clients outside Iran and in toman for clients inside it. Each is set for its own market, so the two are not a currency conversion of one another. Whichever you see is the whole price for that project.
Why it costs this little
I’m a student building a portfolio
I’m in my third year of computer engineering, and what I need right now is not margin — it is a small number of projects done properly enough to show the next client. That is worth more to me than the difference in fee, so early clients get a rate that reflects it and an amount of care that does not.
No agency overhead
No account managers, no project coordinators, no office to pay for. You talk to the person writing the code, which is also why nothing gets lost between a designer and a developer.
One person designs and builds it
When the same person draws the interface and writes the code, the handover between a designer and a developer disappears — along with the time it costs and the things that get lost in it. The work finishes sooner and it costs less to do.
